She Is an institutional administrator and authentic leader that demonstrates servant leadership behavior. She communicates to people with respect and values equity and inclusion. She keeps abreast with global changes in evolving society through continuous professional training and makes decisions that reflects new realities. She involves stakeholders in decision making and values useful contributions. Reggy sees diversity as a strength and that can promote organizational culture and facilitate realization of organizational goals, If well harnessed. She recognizes and values the importance of a piece in a circle and enjoys creating and implementing diversity initiatives. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Niagara University New York, an Ontario certified French teacher, and a church leader. In the past, she has led process at General Electric oil & Gas, Nigeria and was appointed the ombuds person of GE Oil & Gas for West Africa.
